The emulsifier is made of PEG-free vegetable raw material, suitable for light texture O/W (oil in water) type emulsions.
Emulsan made from raw material of plant origin. Forms stable emulsions at pH 3.5 to 8.5. Well tolerated with active additives and electrolytes of various natures. It is recommended to produce light texture O/W (oil in water) type creams and lotions. Emulsan gives a pleasant skin feeling. Can be used as co-emulsifier with sucrose stearate to obtain stable emulsions. Cetyl alcohol can be used to regulate the consistency of creams with this emulsifier and to facilitate the distribution of the product on the skin.
Ingredients: methyl glucose sesquistearate.
HLB: about 6.6
Dosage: lotions 2-3%, creams 2-4%
Maximum recommended fat phase content: 40%
Application: hair, body and face care products, creams, lotions.
Recommendation: stir the emulsion during the cooling process.
How to use: melt with oil phase at a temperature of 70-80 °C and mix with the water phase of the same temperature; add active ingredients after the emulsion is cooled.
