You can pick up your order from 8:30 to 17:30 at our office on work days: Naugarduko str. 102, Vilnius, Lithuania (main entrance, the ground floor, “Saflora” store).
We send all parcels with a tracking number. Shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of the parcel (you can see the weight of each item in the tab „Additional information“ next to the product description).
The goods by post are delivered within 5-11 business days to EU countries, Norway, United Kingdom and within 7-20 business days to the other countries.

The ordered goods are delivered door to door from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every working day except weekends and holidays. Delivery terms are 1 – 3 business days in Lithuania and 2 – 7 business days to other countries.
