Extracted from the leaves of witch hazel Hamamelis virginiana with glycerin and water.
Witch hazel extract is rich in tannins, which have an astringent effect and are used in products for oily skin or large pores. The contained flavonoglucosides and gallic acid have a soothing effect, so witch hazel extract is recommended for irritated skin and can be effective in some forms of acne.
Dosage: 0.5-5%.
