Carnauba wax
€2,90 – €32,50Ask a Question
Carnauba wax is obtained from Copernicia prunifera, a waxy copernicia that grows in Brazil and has the highest hardness of natural waxes. Due to this property, it is extremely popular in decorative cosmetics as an ingredient that regulates consistency. Provides the necessary stability and firmness to lip balms and mascaras even at temperatures above room temperature. Gives products excellent shape retention for longer.
Lip balms with carnauba wax cover the lips well, do not grease or spill even in hot weather. Recommended for use with candelilla wax.
Melting point: 80-86 °C.
Origin: Brazil.
Ingredients: Copernicia prunifera (carnauba) wax.
Dosage:
in creams – up to 5%
in lip balms – up to 10%
