Therefore, we pay great attention to the quality control, documentation and storage conditions of the received raw materials, we have our own materials testing laboratory, the handling procedure of each cosmetic ingredient meets the requirements of ISO 22716:2007 (Good Manufacturing Practices). What does this mean?

• We have quality acceptance criteria for raw materials, taking into account their safety for use in cosmetic products
• We really check the conformity of each batch in the laboratory, using the analytical methods of the pharmacopoeia (basically) and our own (if not provided for in the pharmacopoeia), as well as NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), IR-ray spectroscopy, HPLC chromatography.
• We use metrologically tested equipment in accredited institutions, which is regularly serviced.
• Not only do we store the raw material in the right conditions, but we also continuously record the temperature throughout the storage period in appropriate logs.
• The expiration date is based not only on the manufacturer’s documentation, but also on the obtained analysis results.
• We have audited suppliers with whom we have coordinated analytical methods for quality control.
• We work in clean rooms that are cleaned with authorized biocides to ensure the microbiological cleanliness of the materials.
• We do not work with nano- and toxic materials that could be a source of contamination. The equipment used for packaging is cleaned and disinfected before use, so our products cannot contain impurities of other substances.
• Raw material reception and packaging operations are performed only by specially trained employees according to a prepared program, whose knowledge is assessed and additional training is regularly carried out.
